President William Ruto have finally spoken since his first day of launching of the hustler Fund. The event took place in Green Park Terminus in Nairobi County today, 30th. November.
In his statement this evening president said that he as a new government, they kept their commitment by connecting millions of ordinary Kenyans with the access to the affordable credit. 
He further said that the hustler Fund is expected to liberate ordinary Kenyans from Shylocks and help them establish saving culture, investment and social security.
"Today, we have kept our commitment to connect millions of ordinary Kenyans with access to affordable credit. The Hustler Fund will help small business owners, liberate ordinary Kenyans from shylocks and help establish a culture of saving, investment and social security" said President William Ruto.
He spoke just late this evening after the event which took place that saw the launch of the Hustler Fund which was one of the manifestos given by the Kenya Kwanza Government during their campaigns.
