Safaricom Announces Services That Will Be Unavailable Tomorrow

Safaricom is the giant telecommunications company in Kenya.r torr The company has 20 million customers who directly depend on its services in their daily activities. The company is based in Nairobi and its headed by Peter Ndegwa who is Chief Executive Office.

M-Pesa is a product of safaricom. The service enables customers to send and receive money, pay for utility bills, buy airtime, pay for goods and services and bank through Mshwari and KCB M-Pesa.

Safaricom wishes to notify it's customer that all M-Pesa service will be temporarily unavailable on Tuesday 11.59pm to Wednesday 4am in the morning. This is to enable the company carry out planed maintenance aimed at improving M-Pesa services.

"M-PESA services to be temporarily unavailable from tomorrow, Tuesday 11.59pm to Wednesday 4am due to a planned maintenance, Safaricom announces," read the statement.

Costumers are therefore informed that they will not be able to carry out any transaction during that time. They have further been advised to carry out any transaction before that time.
