Robert Alai, through social media has expressed his frustration by Kenya power and lighting company. He has claimed that in the last two weeks there has not been power supply in his home. According to his Facebook post, the Kenya power have failed to solve a simple power problem for the last two weeks. Alai has threatened to uproot the power poles in his home as from next week.
He has claimed that he will install solar power in his house and borehole because he is tired of suffering in the hands of Kenya power. According to him, the Kenya power officials are always focused on exploiting the utility provider and gives little attention to the needs of customers. He advised citizens facing the same treatment to resist that kind of humiliation and opt for solar power.
In my own View Robert Alai is right to complain over poor service by Kenya power which has largely been experienced across the country. Who else is having a similar problem? Let’s share this information widely so that we can hear from many people possible.
