Other people who leave there are foreigers from other countries.The area is just close to the superhighway which makes it accessible to town.1Bd goes for 15k to 20k while a bedsitter goes for 7k to 11k

Kikuyu is one of the fastest growing estates in the nairobi and is preferred by many Nairobians due to its affordability to town as many people works from town.as being the only town that is on the bypass. A 1Bd goes for 10k to 15k while a bedsitter first for 5k to 8k. This is very economical to many working in Nairobi
3.Embakasi
This is the most cheapest areas since all the middle and low class people can afford. Its very accessible to nairobi CBD and near airport. Most employed and unemployed people live here hence very famous.most single rooms goes for 2k to 4k,a bedsitter goes for 5k to 7k while a 1bedroom goes for 8k to 13k
