Safaricom company is so important in our daily lives. It enables us to communicate effectively when doing business. Currently, a number of great businesses are made effective through online communication, more especially using Safaricom network.

In the recent communication from the Cotu General Francis Atwoli, Safaricom agents raised 85,000 shillings to Safaricom company while the voice call generated 95,000 shillings to the company in the month of April, 2020 .
Therefore, Francis Atwoli wants mobile money agents be recognized as employees. He added further that the agents are raising billions in revenue for Safaricom. This is a great win to our country, and indeed the employees need recognition.

Francis Atwoli further said that it is their position that all the M-pesa agents are workers of Safaricom and must be treated as such. He said that Safaricom must allow for unionisation of their workers. This news is good news to Safaricom company agents workers. We hope the company will respond to Atwoli's plea.
