The cost of living has increased in the country. This has made the life of many kenyans difficult. Today, many kenyans cannot afford to put food on table due to acute increase in the cost of goods and services.
Increase in price of petroleum products had also led to increase in price of goods and services. This is because producers use petroleum products in production process.
However, it is now good news to kenyans as primary of petroleum products will remain unchanged for the next one month. This is according to the announcement that has been made by Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).
This means that kerosene, Diesel and Petrol will retail at Ksh 148, Ksh 164 and Ksh 177 respectively for the next one month.
This is a huge relief to kenyans as it will help ease the cost of living in the country. This is despite government removing subsidy on petroleum products.
