JUST IN: Government Declares Ksh10M Penalty to All Kenyans Caught Selling Fuel Above This Price

The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with a huge declaration targeting all Kenyan citizens inhabiting distinguished local and regional destinations.

Addressing via the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority today the 15th of January 2023, the Kenyan Government has declared Ksh 10 Million penalty to all Kenyan citizens who will be caught selling fuel above "the recommended price."

The Kenyan Government has announced that the fuel pricing schedule released by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority must be followed to letter by all Kenyan fuel retailers in a devoted move fostered towards ensuring that all motorists receive equitable services.

For Instance, in the January to Mid February fuel pricing schedule released by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory on January 14th 2023, fuel motorists in Nairobi County will required t to pay Ksh 177.30 for Petrol, Ksh 162 for Diesel and 145.94 for Kerosene.

All Kenyan citizens inhabiting the altruistic and exemplary climate of the vast Nairobi County who will be caught selling fuel above the above stated prices will be liable for a penalty of Ksh 10 Million.

In order to have a glimpse of the current retailing prices of fuel in major towns, you are required to send the following message: "price (space) name of the major town to 40850.
