Among the 4 commissioners that regarded the last election as 'opaque' are now resigning one by one, following the resignation of Julius Nyang'aya, Deputy chairperson Juliana also resigns days after.
The case of the four commissioners is still pending as the president William Ruto orders for probe, the other two commissioners are yet to know their fate after the top two resigns.The four commissioners have undergone frustrations after disregarding the last election as that which was opaque and non verifiable after the supreme court dismissed the claims as hot air and that, that does not have a basis and a quality evidence to prove.
The question is will the other 2 remaining commissioners resign? and what is the next step thereafter .
