"Betting Companies Should Pay Taxes." President Ruto Says

President Ruto attended a joint meeting with KCB and NCBA at Norfolk hotel. His excellence Dr William Samoei Ruto restored hope to the Kenyans that have been blacklisted in CRB due to the failure to repay their loans. President Ruto promised to clear all the affected people from CRB by November this year.

In addition, president William Ruto reiterated that there are some betting companies in Kenya that are operating in an "opaque" space. Here, his excellence meant that most of the companies are excepted from taxes. This however a big blow to those companies as they will be subjected to taxes.

In his press briefing, Dr William Ruto said that he will make sure that all companies are subjected to taxes and there will be no company to be left untaxed. According to Dr Ruto, this step will help in stabilizing the economy of Kenya and also improve people's living standards.
