From promise to reality, President William Ruto today ushers in a new dawn; the launch of the Hustler Fund. It will not only be about access to affordable credit, but also ending the exclusion of Kenyans at the bottom of the economic pyramid from accessing crucial financial services The fund will also free Kenyans from the bondage of predatory lenders.
The Homabay member of parliament Hon George Peter Kaluma has said that he is yet to understand the difference between the Uwwzo fund and the Hustlers fund created by president William Ruto during his campaigns.

How does the Hustler Fund differ from Uwezo Fund, Women Enterprise Fund, Youth Enterprise Fund? Why not reform and consolidate these funds into one"?
"Or President William Ruto just wants to be said to have also created a fund, to be looted like those others, but without difference" He said.
