This was alleged by SportPesa shareholders billionaire entrepreneur Paul Ndung’u and Asenath Wacera. According to a report that appeared in the Business Daily the deal to sell off SportPesa was signed off in secret by Karauri.It is said that it was a mutual agreement and the company is now owned by the SportPesa Global Holdings Limited based in Uk. This is the reason why you less hear of SportPesa in Kenya, and even most of its offices are closed. Kalina Karadzhova, a Bulgarian national, signed the deed on behalf of Sportpesa Global.
