Dp Ruto has been under fire today for not following through on pledges made in 2013/17.
This comes as he apparently talks with Charles Kibanani, the DP Governor of Bungoma County.
At his magnificent house in Karen, Nairobi County, Deputy President William Samoe met and chatted with Bungoma Deputy Governor Prof. Charles Kibanani Ngome and CECM for Roads, Infrastructure and Public Works Collins Mukhongo today, November 29th, 2021.
Ruto, who took to Twitter to express his optimism, stated that the above-mentioned western leaders have bravely vowed to assist the Hustler Nation and walk with him on the innovative Bottom-Up Economic Model's transformation journey.
Emmanuel Gikundi wrote on Facebook, "Western for hustler nation...they have been disregarded for long years now."
"Yes, he delivered his promises on stadiums, internet ward jobs, tractors for women farmers, he will provide 4 million jobs next year, am voting WSR, you will witness economics bottom up growth," one of his admirers, Wambugu Kingori, cynically wrote.
