A report by a British organization, Oxfam International, has ranked Kenyatta as the fourth richest person in Kenya as of November 30th 2021. His wealth has been attributed to business enterprises across banking, transport, media, milk processing land and many others.
Uhuru’s wealth now stands at Sh 60 billion which is equivalent to $530 million dollars. He is placed behind industrialist Bhinji Depar Shah, Sameer Naushad Merali and Jaswinder Siggh Bedi.
Sameer Naushad Merali has a net worth of Ksh 89.6 billion and is the heir of the late businessman Naushad Merali. His investments interest are in telecommunications, agriculture, manufacturing banking and real estate.
On the other hand, Bhimji Depar Shah is the the founder of Bidco Group of companies with a net worth of Ksh 85 billion and Jaswinder Singh Bedi comes third with a fortune of Ksh 77.1 billion. His wealth is mainly from textile manufacturing.
