Kenyans inhabiting distinguished local and regional destinations can now breathe with a sigh of relief after the prices of a 90 Kilogram bag of maize shot down.

According to a today's piece of publication by the Business Daily, the prices of a 90 Kilogram bag of maize have reduced by an exemplary Ksh 200 following a surge in the supply of the product to the Kenyan market ahead of the highly coveted importation window slated to be opened on February this year.
According to the publication, a 90 Kilogram bag of maize in Kenya is now retailing at Ksh 4,800, down from Ksh 5,000 it was going at on the month of December last year.

This altruistic development comes just a few days after the Kenyan Government announced orchestrated plans geared towards opening an importation window for 90 Kilogram bags of maize culminating to 10 Million in a devoted move fostered towards curbing the shortage of the product in the market.
