Telkom Kenya is the third largest operator in the country with a customer statistics of 3.8 million which is equivalent to 6.2% market share.

Kris Senanu 47 years old and a USIU alumni and Steve Okeyo were the top-most executive team in the company. Kris who is a Ghanian-Kenyan based enterpriser with a duo citizenship has been working with the company as the managing director for digital service deliveries for nearly 5 years while Steve who was the managing director for consumer deliveries has worked there for only two years.

The duo was source of the company's great transformation making it beat already existing network companies by far. Confirming their departure Telkom Chief Executive Officer Mugo Kibaki in an interview with the star said that the two left on Thursday the 8th of April 2021 and the reason has not been established.
