Two Rivers Mall which was opened in 2017 is a part of a Sh25.1 billion project undertaken by two Rivers Lifestyle companies. It is sitting on 102 acres of land which was acquired with a cost of sh1 billion. The ownership of the mall comprises a coalition of several cash-rich investment firms.
