In a statement by the power provider, the company said these areas will be affected by planned interruptions tomorrow 9 Monday. The interruption is part of network maintenance.
Kenya Power has today announced a scheduled power interruption in selected areas in routine maintenance exercise.
Central Rift regions
The following areas will be affected, Bomet County particularly Sotik Town ,Kaplong as from 9am to 3pm
South Nyanza Region
The following areas Will be affected, Nyamira County, particularly Kenyerere as from 9am to 4pm
Mt. Kenya Region
The following areas will be affected, parts of Nyeri County, particularly Gichichi Gatundu as from 9am to 2 pm
Parts of Embu county, particularly Kathangariri, Koimugo Estate as from 8am to 5pm
The power interruptions for tomorrow are meant for electricity power networks maintenance. Residents of the listed areas should aware of the blackouts to look for alternative sources of power
