The newly elected Kenya kwanza Government had earlier launched a loan giving project known as Hustlers Fund to ensure small scale traders could be given small amount of money to boost businesses. It is however not a pleasing situation as a bigger percentage of people seem to have defaulted the payment.
According to the government , forty percent of the money borrowed has not been repaid within the fourteen day period. This is worrying considering the financial problems the government is undergoing. Fortunately if you pay the money on good time the limit of borrowing increases.
Hustlers Fund had been politicized with leader allied to other coalitions urging people not to pay back. What do you think should be done to those who default the payment? Should they be arrested?
