According to sources, the state-owned National Oil Corporation of Kenya will begin shipping fuel from Saudi Arabia at lower prices than global rates beginning in August, as part of the government's latest push to reduce pump prices.
This intriguing development comes amid calls for the government to lower oil prices, which have clearly harmed the economy.
Kenyans have recently complained that the majority cannot even make ends meet.
A large number of Kenyans have blamed the current leadership for causing them to cry and flee from hunger.
Nonetheless, the government, through Cyrus Oguna, has issued a statement.Kenyan drivers are ecstatic about the recent drop in fuel prices. We received a low price for fuel from Saudi Arabia.
