Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance leaders have been criticising move by the government to create the hustler fund with some leaders saying that the president should be keen to ensure that the CDF funds which was ruled out by the court to be returned back to service.
The launch of the hustler fund is therefore a campaign promise that the president had made during the campaigns and therefore its launching will be a fulfillment to Kenyans who elected him.
