Ruto Has Done It Again: See The Amount Of Money Ruto Is Channelling In Kisumu Sparking Reactions

President William Samoei Ruto continues to outshine as he is now doing investments in Raila Odinga's home Kisumu. The investment is to see fish research in the region. According to Mining and Blue economy Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya. The government has extended Ksh2.5 billion grant to the Kabonyo Kanyagwal fisheries and aquaculture research center in Kisumu. The CS has revealed that the amount will be released in two phases of Sh1 billion and 1.5 billion respectively.

According to the CS the first has already been approved by cabinet with research center expected to produce 7million fingerlings annually. Mvurya also revealed that the ground breaking of fish center will be done by president William Ruto come February next year. Since his election in August 9th, Ruto has been making inroads in Nyanza region as he seeks to consolidate a support base in the region predominantly voted for Raila Odinga.

In his visit in the region, Ruto promised lakeside residents to transform fishing industry, the Cotton sub sector and several infrastructural projects such as roads and water. What a blessing to Nyanza region! In the meantime, thank you for reading my article.
