The company enjoys monopoly in the country since almost all Kenyan homesteads do benefit from the electricity either directly or indirectly.
Also the company has mandate and duty to inform its customers on the planned interruptions of electricity, either due to maintainance or electrity fault.
The company has taken immediate actions to put on the notice, the areas that will be affected by blackout due to maintainance on 7th March 2021 starting from morning.
