"COMRADES ARE EXTREMELY HUNGRY" Babu Owino's Message On The Alleged Ksh 93M In Treasury

Paul Ongili, often known as Babu Owino, a controversial member of parliament from Embakasi East, has expressed his opinions on what should be done with the purported 93M that the present administration is said to have inherited from the previous administration at the Treasury.

Concerns have been raised over President William Ruto's finding of only 93 million at the treasury and his close allies' insistence that it would take two to three months to bring the economy back to normal.

Babu Owino, the supporter of the Azimio La Umoja one Kenya Coalition, thinks that university students should receive the funds that William Ruto's administration discovered in the treasury.

The legislator is renowned for organizing protests against HELB loans when he was SONU President at the University of Nairobi. He now believes that students at the universities are starving and therefore the money in the treasury should be given to them.

"The alleged 93M remaining in Treasury should be sent to Students/Comrades as Loan(HELB).Comrades are extremely hungry, they don’t have strength to even ‘eat’ human meat," the statement on his Twitter read.

What is your view on Babu Owino's opinion?
