Kenya mainly uses oil energy to run heavy machines. All vehicles in Kenya uses this form of energy to order to keep the wheel moving. Currently, Kenya imports oil energy. Initially Kenya used to import crude oil and refining it in Changamwe. Unfortunately that it the ot the case nowadays. We are importing refined oil which is expensive compared to when we import crude oil.

Energy Regulatory Agency is responsible for regulating oil price one Kenya. For the past six or so months, we have been witnessing a increase of oil prices. According to Senator Millicent Omanga, the new are unacceptable and an economic exploitation. She said that petrol, Diesel and Kerosene have jumped into Ksh 134.72, Ksh 115.69 and Ksh 110.82 respectively

Kenyans said that Senator Millicent Omanga should not cry on the social media but complain in Parliament. Good leaders should have presented citizens' grievances in Parliment and not in Tweeter account. What do you think is the main cause of prices of oil energy?
