Safaricom-Mpesa users are now a happy lot after the product received a milestone recognition. Mpesa is a product of Safaricom which boasts of millions of Kenyans as their customers. The parent company is proud of Mpesa as a product for it has been voted Kenya’s top leading Superbrand.
The awards which placed Safaricom at the second position comes at a time when the economy is at its worst in regards to Covid 19 pandemic. This therefore is a milestone achievement that trickles down to consumer confidence. M-Pesa is known to have offered their consumers transfer cost relief where any amount less than one thousand was sent without any charges.
