Equity Bank has spoken out, sending a strong message to all of its prestigious local and regional clients.
Equity Bank announced today, January 2, 2023, via its official Twitter feed that all of its strategically located branches would close to make room for "new year celebrations."
However, Equity Bank has stated that the closing of its branches across the country will not affect the ease with which its customers can obtain financial services.
During the time when its branches are closed, the bank has stated that all customers will be able to access banking services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through its official USSD code *247#, the Equitel line, the Equity mobile app, Equity cards, or Internet Banking.
