Kenyans inhabiting distinguished local and regional destinations will be forced to dig deeper into their pockets in order to purchase cooking gas following an exponential surge in the price of this pivotal product.
Despite the Head of State having appended his signature to the imminent Finance Act of 2022 on Friday last week that saw the tax on liquified gas halved from the existing 16 per cent to 8 per cent, the prices of this pivotal commodity have remained extremely high.
