Lawyer Wahome Thuku has urge the second in command of the republic of Kenya Rigathi Gachagua to fulfill the promise he made to Kenyans that he will end the cartels in the milk industry.
"Reminder to Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua!
Your Excellency you have 76 days to have 4 other players introduced in the milk industry to fight the famous milkman.
On 23/2/2023 you said in three months time you will have dealt with a certain milkman (mtu wa maziwa) who you accused of stealing money from dairy farmers and financing the media to fight you.
You promised that in three months after finishing the milkman, farmers will be selling milk at much higher prices and we set the price at 70bob a ltr.
Your Excellency yesterday you said the milkman has dominated the milk market after buying all the others. He is the only one who sells milk in Kenya. (Kenya yothe). He buys cheaply (48 a kg) and sells expensively (Ksh61 a packet).
So finishing him will entail bringing other 4 who will buy from farmers at Ksh70 a ltr and sell to us at Ksh40 a packet.
there are already over 30 others already freely competing with the milkman. But that is not the point.
Your Excellency you promised that you are focused, your eyes are on the ball (milkman) you will not be distracted. Sir you have 76 Days to go". Said lawyer Wahome Thuku.
