Speaking to the press during the launch Naivas Chief Commercial Officer, Willy Kimani said the supermarket promises a world-class shopping experience to its customers in Eldoret and beyond.
The other outlets within the town are; Eldoret Referral and Eldoret Sokoni.
“As Naivas supermarket we are proud to open our 72nd branch in Eldoret,retailer’s expansion is strategic and well calculated with a keen focus on unit-by-unit profitability,” said the Naivas Chief Commercial Officer.
He said opening the new store covering that 34,000 square feet puts the supermarket national store count at 72 and three in Uasin Gishu county headquarter.
“We are delighted that as a homegrown Kenyan brand, we have reached heights previously unprecedented in the retail industry, and as a business whose DNA is Kenyan, we are well aware that we bear a duty to society and with each store opening we do our small bit in meeting this responsibility,” Willy Kimani said.
He said the store is stocked with a variety of quality products to choose from ranging from fresh produce, commodities, electronics, and other general products.
“The outlet promises a world-class shopping experience, right from the excellent customer service, the fresh offering which is a key focus that promises to satisfy the most sophisticated of palettes to even beyond the outlet as the mall is very accessible and has ample parking,” he said.
He noted other stores lined up for opening before the close of the year are Muindi Bingu, Kisumu, Githurai, and an express store
