Unrelenting Miguna has now posed four tough questions to Kitui governor Charity Ngilu after she launched Livestock Carriers for Kitui farmers. Ngilu launched the heavy trucks to ease transportation of feeds and animals between farmers and the market.
However, Miguna is in search for answers after Ngilu's assiduous efforts have been brought to light.
First, it's important to Miguna and everyone else to know whether the governor published a tender or not.
Secondly, the persons in the tender committee, if any, and the person who hired them.
Thirdly, who picked the supplier and why. And finally, if Ngilu can publish the list of all the tenders for security.
A section of Kenyans have louded Miguna in seeking answers to the above questions. Since concerns have been raised, it could be wise for the governor to share the details with the public.
HSLR; "Good Challenge from the Gen,..Gov. Charity please share the requested details since they were not done under the table!..We know you are above such!Prove the Gen wrong!"
