Today in the evening, the Kenya Power and Lighting Company has as usual alerted their power customers concerning the planned electricity outage which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 21 in different areas.
Now the Kenya Power addresses those who reside in the named areas to prepare for a long day without power. The Kenya Power usually shutdown electricity in order to do network maintenance and upgrading hence affecting residents and businesses which end up incurring loses. It is important to also note that many people are currently working from home due to the lockdown and loss of jobs and hence they will be adversely affected too by the outage.
For tomorrow, the people living in the following areas will be affected by the outage;
