Honorable Robert Alai, a Kenyan blogger and member of the County Assembly for Kileleshwa Ward, has leaked new information about the Hilton Hotel. In his statement, Robert Alai stated that the Hilton Hotel was built on land where the Nairobi light rail station was to be built and that the proceeds should instead be donated to the public.
The Hilton Hotel was built on the site of the Nairobi light rail station, and it should only benefit the people of Nairobi county.
Robert Alai claims that a Kenya Kwanza CS is attempting to sell the Hilton Hotel for $1.7 billion to unknown parties.
"The Hilton Hotel should be donated to the County of Nairobi. They were able to recover the proceeds of corruption. Kenya Kwanza CS is attempting to sell it for Ksh 1.7 billion to Nairobi County. CROOKS! https://t.co/akkEXFW8EN", reads a statement from MCA Mr. Robert Alai
