Details emerging this late evening reveals that Speaker of the National Assembly Hon Moses Wetangula revealed that the Treasury is set to start distributing KSh 44.4 billion CDF funds from Friday next week after AG Justin Muturi sent advisory to National Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung'u to start disbursing despite being unconstitutional as per Supreme court rule.
