This Will also win the young graduates hearts and minds and assist them connecting them to their purpose and mission.
Apart from this the mobile network operator stated on its official Facebook page that customers will now have the luxury of accessing money reversal services from the comfort of their couches thanks to this newly established criterion.
Customers seeking money reversal services will now need to send the M-PESA confirmation message to 456 via SMS, and the money sent in error will be reversed, according to Safaricom.
