Safaricom Sends The Following Urgent Warning To Its Customers

Safaricom is a leading telecommunications company in Kenya and has many customers due to its efficient services.

Ranging from wireless money transfer services, banking and borrowing avenues, many customers have expressed their satisfaction with what Safaricom offers.

So efficient are Safaricom services to the extent that other providers are borrowing from it. Safaricom came up with Okoa credit and other providers introduced the same to their customers. Safaricom also introduced MPESA services and other service providers also borrowed the trick and service.

Not just copy cutting services to their customers, some service providers have resorted to work with Safaricom so as to satisfy their customers too. This can be seen in airtime purchase in which some providers have linked up with Safaricom in which you can top up to their line through MPESA.

Some Safaricom Customers have resorted to purchase and use of several Safaricom lines. The reasons for possessing those many lines are varied, with some people running away from Okoa jahazi, others avoid to pay fuliza fee while others have many lines due to job related reasons.

However Safaricom has sent a warning to these customers who have several lines. Safaricom wants you to make that other line active. In a message, the company has urged customers to top up the lines which they have not been using for a while and make calls using the line. Failure to which, the line will be disconnected and before you know it, it will be out of service.
