Safaricom, one of the leading Telecommunication companies strategically placed at the altrustic and exemplary Country of Kenya has broken silence with a pivotal announcement on M-PESA.
Speaking via its official Twitter page account today the 23rd of November 2022, Safaricom has announced the institutionalization of a new and an easier criterion to follow in the exemplary of unlocking and resetting M-PESA Pins.
The mobile network operator has today directed all its customers who have locked or forgotten their M-PESA Pin to to dial *334# in a devoted move fostered towards unlocking and resetting their M-PESA Pin.
"Oops! Locked or forgot your M-PESA pin? Not to worry because Mambo Ni Self Service. Check out how to unlock or reset your M-PESA pin by dialing *334#," Safaricom stated.
