In a statement issued today, the giant Telcom company, Safaricom, said some of its services will be unavailable from 10 pm on Saturday adding that it will be upgrading its systems to help its customers much better. The system upgrade will allow the network providers to offer more services to their customers and meet all their needs.
Safaricom will be upgrading their different systems tonight that why the following services will not be available over the weekend. The services which will be affected include the following product purchases, balance inquiry, Okoa Jahazi, Tunukiwa, all Bonga Point services, and Post Paid Payment. However, all other services such as Mpesa services, calls, data, and SMS services will be available.
For those customers who are want to pay Home, Fiber services today will have to until Sunday 25th July at 8 am when the service will be back to normal. All these services will be available from 8 am tomorrow.
