Social media services were disrupted on Monday, 4 September leading to surge of all billion global accounts. Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram were forced to stop function after a technical problem was experienced in their system.
However, Twitter which is not ownered by Mark Zuckerberg aided social media customers to share their experience with want was happening in the world. Many people were shocked on realizing that their social media accounts were no longer functioning. There was some rumors which was actually not true that the disruption could go up to next month.
" Sorry for the disruption, know how much you rely on our services to stay connected with the people you care about," Zuckerberg has said.
Security Experts have alleged that the problem came from internal mistake by system experts. However, they claimed that sabotage by insider could also be possible though on assumptions. This is bad news to people who depends on social media for communication since the same problem could occur again.
