Good News to Kenyans as Elon Musk's Company Make the Following Announcement

( Tesla CEO Elon Musk )

Elon Musk; the second wealthiest person in the world is expected to make unleash a major project that will be a game changer for Kenyans leaving in rural areas.

Mush who doubles as CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and Neuralink is now considering lit up Kenya's rural areas by installing a higher speed internet via Starlink.

According to the report, Musk is expected to introduce internet services in the country this year in conjunction with leading telecommunication company Safaricom alongside other internet providers.

However, to access the service, Kenyans will be required to pay a staggering refundable fee of Ksh 12, 260.

The report as well intimates that major cities like Kisumu, Nairobi, Mombasa, and Nakuru among others are the ones being targeted with Musk's Starlink company expected to as well launch the same project in neighboring countries like Tanzania, DRC, Zimbabwe, and Malawi.

The company is further tipped to make its way through Uganda, Namibia, Botswana, Tunisia, Liberia, Ghana, and Gambia next year.

This will be a game changer for Kenyans who rely on the internet for their daily work. The move is expected to reduce urban migration as well as promote working from Rural areas.

On the hand, areas lacking electricity will not be able to access said internet services considering that the whole process majorly depends on electricity which is yet to be extended in most rural parts.

Ideally, this will be a more effective means of the internet since it is transmitted by satellites, unlike Government's cable plans.

Meanwhile, let us wait and see if Elon Musk will honor his promise. Remember to Follow, Share and leave your opinion in the comment section below.
