Telkom Kenya has unveiled a new service that enable its customers enjoy free 1GB mobile internet data and 100 minutes of talk time on Telkom-to-Telkom calls, every month.
According to Telkom, this lifetime offer baptised Madaraka life will aim at giving all Kenyans a chance and opportunity to pursue their goals and live their dreams, thereby becoming truly independent. Upon payment Ksh100, new Telkom customers will enjoy the offer and those who will be registered to Telkom’s mobile money service, T-kash, will receive an instant Ksh50 cashback in mobile money account.
Existing customers will also reap big upon loading a minimum of Ksh100 airtime and will receive shs.50 in their T-kash wallet. Telkom Kenya said that the program kicked off in Nairobi but will be being rolled out progressively in the 47 counties.

If this service is rolled out, then the telco company is the first network in Kenya to introduce such an offering, making mobile internet data and talk time even more accessible to more Kenyans during this period of Covid-19 pandemic.
