M-pesa is one of the most used apps in Kenya. This is because most shops, hotels and supermarkets in town are using buy goods and services. Some people just use m-pesa daily but they have never cared to inquire what the 'M' means. Today I'm going to talk about the meaning of 'm' in the m-pesa.

M-pesa is the mobile banking service that allows people to store and even transfer money through the mobile phones. Therefore the word m-pesa contains two characters where the M means mobile while pesa means money in Swahili language. This means that the word m-pesa contains both English and Swahili words.

There are very many things that we normally use everyday without caring to know their meanings or uses. I hope this article is going to be helpful to you. You are free to follow for more articles on lifestyle, health and relationship. Drop a like and comment.
