Safaricom Has Announced The following Services will be interrupted tomorrow
Today Safaricom Kplc which is the telecommunication company has announced that some of its services will not be available to their customers.
The following Services will not be available as from tommorow Saturday, 21, August , 10 pm to Sunday 22, August :
a) Okoa Jahazi
c) Purchasing of Products
d) Balance inquiry
f) Bonga point services
g) Home fibre
h) Postpaid services among others.
Also Safaricom stated that there are some of their services which will not be interrupted and their customers will continue enjoying them . They include,
i) Mpesa services
ii) All calls
III) And SMS
Only these services will be available during ten hours of interuption period.
These Safaricom maintenance services are aimed at improving the service delivery to their clients across the country. Also there will be new features that will be introduced to easy the use of Safaricom services and products.
