Popular blogger Robert Alai took to his Facebook account to express his dissatisfaction about the network coverage in some towns.
He called upon the giant telecommunications companies in the country (Safaricom and Airtel) to improve the speeds in the mentioned areas.
Alai said the Kenyan customers are suffering as the companies still continue to make profits despite delivering poor services. See his post below.
