Immediately Do This If You Received a Call Asking Your Details

In this article we are going to see two ways to deal with the people who pretend to be a customer care of safaricom asking your personal details.

They pretend they are customer care asking people to give them number of national identification card and names.

On this article I'm going to show you two ways to do if you receive such call.

Method number one, if you receive such a call and you think this is not safaricom customer care. Cancel the call immediately and call this number, 100 to asked the safaricom if the number that was calling you belongs to them.

Method number, if you will not be able to call 100 safaricom customer care. Immediately after you receive a call that asked you to give out your details just cut the call and forward the number to 133 as a message.
