There has been an online uproar after Netizens spotted this from biggest National Television in Kenya, Citizen TV. From the picture posted, Wahiga Mwaura was the news anchor for 9 pm bulletin news. Mwaura was announcing a news about KTDA police raid. DCI detectives raided the KTDA head offices in Nairobi looking for documents from the office. But 'online detectives' noticed something weird behind Mwaura on the studio screen.
Citizen TV station windows was expired and it needed to be renewed. The windows they had might not be genuine. Netizens were suprised because of the renew notification from the window and yet Citizen TV is a big and reknown station in Kenya.
Some quickly speculated that they are using Illegal windows and they should be arrested. Some said there is no need to overeact. Here are some of the mixed reactions from Netizens.
