The Government has been doing its best to ensure that the country is safe and the cyber security experts are meeting in Naivasha to discuss the way forward for the online world in the country is concerned as far as keeping people safe during this campaign period is concerned.
The meeting, is aimed at drafting a way froward in ensuring that people are safe while doing their business on social media or any other activity there without the fear of being harassed.
The Interior Security Cabinet Secretary, Dr. Fred Matiang'i, according to reliable reports from the Official Social Media Handle of the National Police Service, opened the Cyber security Strategy 2022 - 2026 Workshop at the Prestigious Lake Naivasha Resort in Naivasha town in Nakuru County.

A draft strategy which has already been drawn by the cyber security experts and stake holders will be validated by the panel that is camping at the Resort in Naivasha.
The Inspector General of Police accompanied the Interior Security Cabinet Secretary to the event where he gave the key note speech.
The cyber security experts from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are representing the National Police Service at the event.
