"Kindly Bear With Us" Ndegwa Apologizes After Receiving Complains on Hustler Fund Application Error

Safaricom Chie Executive Officer Hon Peter Ndegwa has today apologized to Kenyans urging them to remain patient even as the Giant telecommunication moves with speed to resolve the error that has rocked its USSD channel during the first day of Hustler Fund Loan.
Speaking during the ongoing and at a time when Telcom, Airtel have already opened their servers readying Kenyans to apply for the loan, Ndegwa Said "the service doesn't exist" error is an issue with the system and that engineers are working behind the clock to ensure that everything is Good.Additionally, Peter Ndegwa advised Kenyans to ensure that they have an airtime of not less than kshs 10 adding that the 254 USSD code won't be free to use.
"Yes, we have received Kenyans' complaint about the error. We are telling them to bear with us even as we address the issue. Meanwhile, ensure you have some airtime of not less than kshs 10," Ndegwa said.
