On its Twitter account Safaricom said that Okoa Jahazi, balance enquiry, home Fiber payment, post pay services and ponga points products will not be available from 24th July 2021 to 25th July 2021 at 8:00 am.
However call data, M-Pesa services and SMS will work during those odd days that service provider have highlighted. Customers are urged by the company to remain calm as the services are upgraded to meet their wants.
