Mr. Samwel Otieno who is now a renowned disabled sculptor whose work is to model images of leaders while sitted at his village in Seme, Kisumu County now trends in video posted by The Standard Digital.
Otieno said that he models the sculptures of common figures using a clay soil which makes hard and decorated images.
In a report by the Standard Digital, the disable sculptor revealed that he had not been so serious in designing that sculptures after he got his skills through a training if his church in Kisumu.
He added that he only realized he has a talent after participating in an event organized by Kisumu County Government, an occasion that took place at Kit-Mikayi in Seme.
This is where Mr.Otieno got an opportunity to sell his two sculptures of Governor Anyang Nyong'o, of Kisumu County. The privileged man also added that he managed to sell other one to Seme MP, Hon James Nyikal with each sculptors cost Kes Sh10, 000.

He further explained that prices of his sculptures differ and that those for Heads of State would go with a minimum of Sh500,000.
However, Otieno's art work face a number of criticism as netizens claim that it's an insult and embarrassment to the Heads of State.
