Patrick Nyoike ,finance boss and his co worker Isaac Obunga have been released by the court on a 2 million cash bail after they denied fraud charges.
They denied charges before Mombasa chief magistrate Edna Nyaloti Monday.
The two were arrested by EACC officers after full investigations into irregular payments of cash amounting to Ksh 214 million to Nyali Capital Ltd.
Mr Nyoike reportedly used his office to confer the funds to Nyali Capital Ltd as revealed by EACC officials.The commission also established that the Nyali company has a direct connect to Mr Nyoike where his wife Jacinta Wanjiku Wambugu is the company's general manager and his brother Afred Hinga Nyoike being one the directors.

Obunga ,the co-accused identified the firm as a vendor in thd KPA official portal.
"This clearly demonstrates a conflict of interest on the part of Patrick Wambugu Nyoike,the General Manager Finance at KPA", the statement quoted.
Afredb,Nyoike's brother and director Peter Ndichu are on the run and EACC officers are in search of them.
